Crafting the Cinematic Journey: Behind the Scenes of the Metin2-Inspired Mythos Game Trailer

Bringing the cinematic trailer to life was a journey as immersive as the story it tells. Focused on the hero’s journey and inspired by the legendary Metin2 universe, every scene was meticulously designed to evoke emotion, wonder, and excitement.

Conceptualization and Storyboarding The initial phase revolved around crafting a compelling narrative. We envisioned four ordinary individuals stumbling upon a mystical cave, unknowingly stepping into a world where they would become legendary warriors. Drawing inspiration from Metin2, we designed the kingdoms of Shinsoo, Chunjo, and Jinno as key elements of the storyline. The use of the song ‘Enter the East’ set the tone, blending suspense and adventure seamlessly.

Attention to Detail From the close-up shots capturing the characters' fear to the subtle placement of the map with the inscription ‘JOIN NOW,’ every detail was deliberate. The map served as the gateway to the kingdoms, symbolizing the start of an epic adventure.
