🧩 Work Process Overview
1. Pre-Production
🔍 Concept Development
Define The tone: Epic, chaotic merged with a fast past action and cinematic pacing as for the start .
Script writing: Create a 20–30 second script with a strong narrative arc introducing the Brand Identity along side the product .
Story boarding: Sketch the video shot-by-shot, establishing flow, composition, pacing, and transitions.
Animation Creation: Develop a timed animation with placeholder VO/music to visualise rhythm and scene lengths.
🎨 Style Guide
Establish visual style based on the brand "Panda Supps" graphics : mix of painterly textures and stylized realism.
Define lighting mood boards (e.g., cold dark night, mystical power).
Stick with a dark mode approach nothing fancy and colourful to tell
a far more deeper story.
👤 Character Design & Modeling
Refine and finalize the panda Character and the snake !
Build high-detail 3D models of each character using the right tools to get a high fidelty models without sacrificing time iterating going forward .
Texture characters with UV maps and PBR materials (e.g., Panda Scratches , Snake Body And face ,Water Font ...).
Rig characters for animation (facial and body rigs) and test skeletons for mobility.
2. Asset Creation

Create a mystic environment: Top of the Hill, ancient ruins, Snake Scuptlers .
Integrate dynamic elements: particle systems for magic effects, volumetric fog, and destructible debris.
Optimize for cinematic camera usage (e.g., wide-angle sweeping shots, close-ups).
3. Animation Production
🎥 Animation & Cinematography
Keyframe animation for action sequences and emotional beats.
Cinematic camera work: tracking shots, depth-of-field focus, slow-motion impact moments.
