Project Title: 3D Animated Game Trailer for " WOM2 "
🧩 Work Process Overview
1. Pre-Production
🔍 Concept Development
Define trailer tone: Epic, Frosted Forest adventure with emotional character moments and cinematic pacing as for the start .
Scriptwriting: Create a 60–90 second script with a strong narrative arc introducing the world, stakes, and main characters.
Storyboarding: Sketch the trailer shot-by-shot, establishing flow, composition, pacing, and transitions.
Animatic Creation: Develop a timed animatic with placeholder VO/music to visualize rhythm and scene lengths.
🎨 Style Guide
Establish visual style based on in-game assets: mix of painterly textures and stylized realism.
Define lighting mood boards (e.g., warm sunsets, ominous ruins, mystical forests).
Color script to determine emotional progression across the trailer.

👤 Character Design & Modeling
Refine and finalize hero and antagonist character designs based on concept art.
Build high-detail 3D models of each character using tools like Blender or ZBrush.
Texture characters with UV maps and PBR materials (e.g., worn leather armor, glowing runes).
Rig characters for animation (facial and body rigs) and test skeletons for mobility.
2. Asset Creation
🏞 Scene & Environment Creation
Create modular environments: enchanted forest, ancient ruins, battlefield plateau, and magic temple.
Integrate dynamic elements: particle systems for magic effects, volumetric fog, and destructible debris.
Optimize for cinematic camera usage (e.g., wide-angle sweeping shots, close-ups).
3. Animation Production
🎥 Animation & Cinematography
Keyframe animation for action sequences and emotional beats.
Motion capture (if applicable) for realistic movements, especially fight scenes.
Cinematic camera work: tracking shots, depth-of-field focus, slow-motion impact moments.
💡 Lighting & Rendering
Apply dramatic lighting setups to match narrative tone (sunset, lightning storms, firelight).
Use real-time rendering (Unreal Engine) or offline rendering (Octane, Arnold) depending on visual goals.
4. Post-Production
🧠 Editing & Compositing
Assemble scenes in timeline, adjusting cuts to sync with score and dialogue.
Add VFX layers: spell particles, embers, rain, motion blur, lens flares.
Color grading to match cinematic quality and enhance mood transitions.
🔊 Sound Design & Music
Original orchestral score composed to accentuate trailer beats and emotional highs.
Voiceover recording for narration or character lines.
SFX layering: armor clangs, sword clashes, fire crackling, monster roars.
🎥 Outcome
The final trailer will serve as a flagship marketing tool, bringing the world of Aetheria to life and exciting both existing fans and new players. It will be emotionally resonant, visually rich, and action-packed—ready to debut at major game events and digital platforms.
